What is EMS
EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It uses gentle electrical impulses to cause the muscles in your feet and lower legs to contract and relax, similar to what happens when you walk.
One of my favorite ways to explain EMS is that your calf muscles are often called your body’s “second heart.” Every time you take a step, those muscles squeeze and help pump blood back up toward your heart. That’s called the calf muscle pump. EMS gently activates that same natural muscle pump—even while you’re sitting comfortably—helping support healthy circulation.
I always joke that if I can find a way to exercise without really exercising… I’m all in! It’s not a replacement for getting up and moving, but it is a simple, non-invasive way to wake up those muscles and give them a little extra activity during the day.
What is TENS
Now let’s talk about TENS. TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Unlike EMS, which works on the muscles, TENS works on the nerves. It sends gentle electrical impulses through the skin to help provide temporary relief from pain and discomfort.
I like to think of your nerves like telephone wires. When you’re in pain, those nerves are constantly sending messages to your brain saying, “Hey, this hurts!” TENS sends a different signal along those same pathways, helping interrupt or turn down the volume on those pain messages before they reach your brain.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Used products may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, cleaning, and repackaging.

Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem! If your footwear doesn’t fit as expected, contact us and we’ll be happy to help you exchange it for the correct size, subject to product availability.

Warranty
Your iRevive Smart Circulation Footwear includes a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team. We’ll be happy to assist you through the warranty process.

For most adults, iRevive is easy to use. However, if any of the following apply to you, please consult your healthcare provider before using EMS+ TENS technology.
